I'm 40 and have been reading 2000AD from prog 1. I've been working in print since I left school and am currently running a pre press department in a reasonably sized printing firm. I discovered Punk Rock when the Sex Pistols first appeared on Top of the Pops performing Pretty Vacant in 76/77, the exact date escapes me, and it was a life changing moment. 2000AD came along shortly afterwards and seemed to fit exactly into my life, prior to 2000AD I'd been reading Wizzer n Chips and Warlord both of which fell to the way side as soon as Dredd rode in on his Law Master.
