London: May 18, 1987: Iok Sotot swallows Zenith and St John whole. They find themselves in the icky shifting four-dimensional intestines of the Dark God surrounded by droppings made of undigested souls.
Peter telepathically scans its mind, discovering the extent of the Dark Gods plans: “Millions of worlds, moving towards alignment...the war that never ends...the Omnihedron.” He mentions the names of two other Dark Gods: Hastur and Shub-Niggurath. Then they find themselves surrounded by sharp giant teeth and a voice rings out: “I’m so VERY hungry!”
