www.getoxfordshireactive.org: JustJog jogging groups set up around Oxford in collaboration with GO ACTIVE (Get Oxfordshire Active)/Oxford City Council and Run in England. The aim is to ease people back into exercise as a release from the stresses of parenthood. The groups are led by a UK Athletics qualified leader and accommodate all abilities. 

Travel: Getting travel insurance when pregnant can be difficult but both Axa (http://www.axa.co.uk/insurance/travel) and Egg (http://new.egg.com) reportedly offer such a service. Just remember to order your E111 card before you travel to secure medical treatment overseas.
